Travis and Debbie Shain are passionate community leaders, parents, and entrepreneurs who founded and operate Victory Youth Sports LLC with a vision far greater than running youth leagues—they’re building a legacy of character, confidence, and community across multiple cities.

Travis brings over 12 years of experience in youth athletics, having coached football and wrestling at the high school level, along with baseball, rugby, and youth football. His approach to coaching goes beyond the scoreboard—he believes sports are a platform to shape the whole athlete: physically, mentally, and morally. Debbie shares that same heart for impact, working diligently behind the scenes to ensure every family feels welcomed, supported, and connected to a greater mission. Together, they also serve as leaders in their church’s children’s ministry, continuing their dedication to raising up the next generation.

As parents of four active children and long-time community builders, the Shains have deep roots in San Diego. Their commitment to youth and families has expanded into a broader mission through Victory Youth Sports LLC—creating opportunities in multiple cities to equip coaches, empower youth, and impact communities!

Their vision? To create a sports environment where every child is seen, every coach is equipped, and every family feels like they belong. By investing in local coaches and giving them tools, training, and encouragement, Travis and Debbie are multiplying impact far beyond a single field—empowering leaders in each community to shape young athletes into great teammates, strong leaders, and even better human beings.
